2.  Your own IP address, not a shared one.  Most search engine experts agree that there is a value to having your own IP address. 

3.  Online, real-time statistics that are easy to understand and give you much more information than how many "hits."

4.  Webmail and email accounts that you can manage yourself. 

5.  Multiple ways to create and manage your website.  You or your webmaster can use Frontpage®, Dreamweaver®, Notepad, or any other web design method to create a website that runs on a Windows platform.

6.  Reliability.  (Knock on wood) Our uptime is 99.9% in the past 5 years. 

7.  Service.  Yes, we're back to that.  How frustrating is it to call any business and go through a bunch of options only to be put on hold.  With Truly Texan, I'll either answer the phone or you'll get voice mail, which is rare unless you call on Sunday.   When we go on vacation, we hire a "web-sitter" who responds to emergency requests.

8.  Commitment.  I own the server that your site will reside on.  I am not a "reseller."  There is nothing wrong with being a reseller, but it's easy for a reseller to walk away from their business.  I, on the other hand, have a sizable monetary investment in this business and plan to be doing it for years and years (and years) to come.  That means I want you to be happy and keep your site with me.
